1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web services, calculators, and image visualization tools provided at BeforeAfter.One (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. Permitted Use & User Obligations

BeforeAfter.One grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software for personal, non-commercial motivational and educational purposes. When using the Service, you agree that you will NOT:

• Upload photographs of other individuals without their explicit, informed consent.
• Upload imagery that contains minors, nudity, sexually explicit material, violence, or defamation.
• Use the service to harass, impersonate, humiliate, or deceive any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or systematically automate requests to our APIs.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, server protections, or digital security measures.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, UI designs, brand marks, logos, graphics, and proprietary styling on BeforeAfter.One are the intellectual property of YouthsMedia and BeforeAfter.One. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. For any generated transformation images created through your use, you are granted a worldwide license to download, display, and share those composite images on personal social media channels.

4. Service Availability & "As Is" Warranty

BeforeAfter.One is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or continuous uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BeforeAfter.One, its founders, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
